How to loose fat on inner thighs and butt fast?

im a teen and i take dance tennis ski and used to take gym during the school year. but now that its summer i only do tennis once a week for a couple hours i want to get fit again and i've noticed that my butt seems bigger... im not fat but ive been paranoid about my inner thighs for a couple years and dont know what to do. i eat pretty healthy because i dont eat junk food verry often and i snack off of veggies and most of the food i eat is organic so what would i do about my diet? my main priority is to focus on the places i mentioned before and i want to look toned and very slim quickly i cant go to the gym because my parents work during the day so im stuck at home so what can i do?
