I want to know which are the best books to read of fiction .i am currently reading of James hadly chase.?

Some one over gave me suggestion that (If you like James Hadley's Chase I'd suggest you give Harold Robbins a go as well. His 79 Park Avenue was a good read.) is Harold Robbins books good to read please help me.I am planning to buy lots of books next month. I have ordered 3 books by Agatha Christie.Are here books good.?? can u suggest me any author??
