I'm 14 male 143 pounds 65 inches. I ate 1 whole small watermelon (the small kinds), 1 whole small cantaloupe, 4 small apples, 6 medium sized carrots, 6 peanuts, 1/2 of an extra large cucumber, 2 leaves of lettuce,..... is eating that much fruit and veggies bad? Would it be worse if I eat those everyday? (Not including the nuts) oh and I also ate FOOD too... I ate beans meat and other stuff but I'm asking about the fruit and veggies :/
