Making a shed 16'x10, should I put it on 2-4x4 skids or 5 pier blocks, 4 in the corners, 2 on the sides?

I like how skids distribute the weight better, but wouldnt the concrete blocks last longer, more than the pressure treated skids that would be touching the ground? Also we have cooold winters up here, Wont be using 4x4s vertically at the corners just 2x6's connecting and 90 degrees in the pier grooves.
