How much weight can i lose in a month if i do the following?

i weigh 200lbs so i really need to lose weight, so if i eat lots of fruits and veggies every day, no junk food, drink a lot of water, walk about 4 miles at a speed of about 4.0 on the treadmill, then about how much weight could i possibly lose in a month?
