How do I lose weight after quitting smoking?
I quit smoking in December and, at the time, I was drinking heavily and eating crap, but I was 125 pounds. Shortly after, I cut down drinking considerably, started working out regularly and eating really healthy (no eating out, tons of veggies and other stuff that provides no enjoyment), and cut down significantly on the drinking, but in a matter of 5 months, I was up 20 pounds. I am despondent and huge, and all the right things seem to make it worse. Can someone please help me? I don't even want to leave the house this...meaty. I'd appreciate any ex-smokers tips. Please.
