I'm not overweight whatsoever, but I have been eating pretty bad lately because I have a addiction when it comes to sugar. I want to cleanse my body of all the refined sugar and other things that I've been hurting myself with. I've heard of water fast, & just eating veggies for a week but how do you keep your mind off of sugar? I've tried this many times but by the end of the day I ruin it by eating Reese's or something. Any advice?
