Do I need to Walk Off My Veggies?

For dinner I'm having a grilled chicken patty on wheat bread and 2 cups of steamed broccoli. I'm on a diet and I exercise daily and so far I've lost 12lbs. So, the question I'm asking is, should i just walk off my sandwich on the treadmill, or should i walk off my sandwich and the broccoli?
